Who says you can't have fun at work?

point3D has been around the country this month, working with clients on various exciting and challenging projects.

In sunny California, we were finalizing #traininganddevelopment for the CBRE team in preparation for a major retail project. Armed with?GeoSLAM (A FARO Solution), Horizon scanners, and Vision cameras, the team had an opportunity to compare the speed and accuracy offered by #mobliescanning and #slam technology to more traditional methods.

Our team (Ross Semplice?and?Kurt Evans Jr.) were out in the Gulf Region for 2 1/2 days enjoying the 100-degree plus heat using the GeoSLAM (A FARO Solution)?ZEB Horizon and Vision Camera. Scans were captured either handheld or pole-mounted, depending on the area.*

The collected data was then processed in GeoSLAM Connect and BLOOM CLOUD ENGINE in preparation for back-modeling and analysis.

*The GeoSLAM Horizon can also be car-mounted or UAV-mounted.
