#POGBACK
Pogba left Manchester United in 2012 in an almost free transfer....however, he demanded he needed to leave...Man U was not giving him enough playing time, he knew he could do much more than he was allowed to do in Manchester United...He knew what he could become if allowed to work (play)...and even though it will make him look like he is worth nothing...he insisted he wants to leave, he insisted he wants to walk away from what looks like the best team to play for, he insisted he wants to leave the biggest team in the most prestigious league in the world...he took the humiliation and went to a relatively less popular league...
Well today...Pogba broke the world record as the most expensive player in the world four years after he took the "make or mar" decision bought by the same club that sold him for a meagre 1.5Million...
This is the case with many of us...we rather remain idle, under-utilised and insignificant in our workplace...we continue earning salary but deep down knows that we ain't improving neither are we working at our best.... we stay in our comfort zone and stay safe with minimal risk...
No one achieve greatness by not taking risk...Today, Pogba is trending because he took his career by himself and ask for more. If you wanna make it big in your chosen career, you got to ask for more...and listen, I am not talking about asking for more money..., i am saying ask for more duties, more responsibilities, ask to be allowed to take task consider too big for you...commit yourself to tasks that will stretch you...go for things your contemporaries wouldn't dare...even if you fall, at least you have tried it.
Mediocrity isn't trendy any more...Go for excellence
