Poetry Mode - My agile thoughts

In my experience of agile over the years, the few below mentioned radiates a lot to me. It pretty much a poetical version of the agile manifesto. The first things are realized and the second things are more valuable.

It's not about the money

But the value sought

Not about massive plans

But value-driven increments of work

It's not about massive teams

But awesome and healthy work relationships

Agile isn't about massive tech

But people creating life-changing experiences

It's not about complicated structures

But shared knowledge and understanding.

It seeks to eradicate burn out

And make work fun

Removing complexities

And building value superheroes

It's a simple framework

Set to improve delivery

It's about the customer

Improving with feedback from the same.

Agile is simple

Us humans... are complicated.
