3. Reducing Customer Attrition 2x Faster Using Explainable AI - Brinks Home

Featured Customer: Veronica Moturi, Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Brinks Home, an award-winning home security provider.

Key Challenges and Goals: Brinks Home wanted to grow its revenue strategically by reducing churn and improving retention and cost-to-serve.

Solution Provided: Through this webinar, Veronica shares how VOZIQ AI leveraged Brinks Home’s vast amount of structured and unstructured customer data and turned it into dollars through AI-powered microsegmentation.

VOZIQ AI’s explainable AI models scored Brinks Home’s entire customer base on predicted churn risk and grouped customers based on churn drivers, reasons behind cancellations, and actionability.

Along with this micro-level customer intelligence, VOZIQ AI also provided a UI (an Agent Guidance App) to put the intelligence driven by these models into action.

The app leverages necessary risk attributes and data points and simplifies them for call center agents, providing actionable information like churn risk score, recommended offers, health indicators, home area, and size, which helps their agents retain at-risk customers proactively.

  • Brinks Home achieved $100M increase in CLV in a year with 50000+ proactive renewal contracts in that particular year.
