6 个月I have to say that I was really looking forward to listening to the first program here about PM but I was very disappointed. There are some women talking about project management and what they are saying is completely wrong. What they are talking about is common team working. I think there is a big need of once and for all defining when we got a project and not like here "project managers" who now thinks that everything they do is a project...it is absolutely wrong and more than wrong. One woman says that theres is coming more and more changes in project and that is very interesting....? A project is a change...it is change management and by change we talk anchord change. A project is leading this change to be an anchord change from a start date to a specific end date. A project don't consists of teams...a project is a new organisation on it's own and only running from start to end. These are the most important factors to conclude if we are looking at a project or not. Everything else is absolutely "dreaming" and misunderstandings.
