Great conversation Sue Tetzlaff - Culture and Execution Catalyst and Kevin Stranberg. Two things I took from this that I talk about on a daily basis. First, the power of teams in delivering "one great experience." I watched firsthand during my wife's battle with Cancer the power of dynamic teams (that don't tree up to a traditional org chart) working together to provide the complete care experience. I told the story on my podcast, Mo-ments of (Employee, Patient, Caregiver, and Human) Experience of a foodservice employee that uplifted my wife by singing to her. I'm attaching a link to an HBR article, "The Power of Hidden Teams," that uses healthcare as a backdrop in discussing this topic. I think you'll enjoy it. Second, I continue to be baffled by the majority of healthcare systems that have employee and patient experience in two separate ivory towers when the work is so synergistic. Thank you for joining me in evangelizing the importance of them working together. Keep up the great work! https://hbr.org/2019/05/the-power-of-hidden-teams
