PODBUM? Crypto Fork That Doesn’t Look Like One

Ledger seeks to allow artists to accept royalties directly through their securitized token and create a better interface to show artists how their brand is doing through their Analytics as a Service (AaaS) platform.

Token Usage

The PODBUM? Crypto Coin token would be used as a securitized music asset to pay royalties to artist from sales of their music, merch and sponsorship deals.

Token Disbursement & Payments

Token holder agreement will dictate how tokens will be disbursed. Payments to token holders will be in Crypto. This will be done by discounting the future value of royalties. All accounting and verification will be handled by third parties to ensure transparency in the disbursements and payment process. Actual disbursement of royalties will be done using a Smart Contract. Disbursement smart contract details will be published so all token holders will see the mechanics and payment process in action. Token is currently in development. A soft “fork” ICO launch is on the horizon.

Artists can store their tokens using the PODBUM? Crypto Coin Wallet. Tokens can only be purchased as whole tokens and stored in the PODBUM? Crypto Coin Wallet or a cold wallet.
