We announced the progress with crowdfunding along with the release of Beta Mnemonic Gateways (*1).

?We would like to see more and more of our supporters turning into our shareholders starting with ￡100 (one unit), although we will certainly welcome the people who are ready to invest more than one unit. There is no upper limit.

We would reiterate the details of the share issue - We offer 100 preferred shares with no voting right and a bonus of two licenses of Business version of Mnemonic Gateways (to be price at ￡50 or so on the market) for each ￡100 investment (unit) to individual investors.

If you further commit to investing on 10 units or more and if you so like, you would see your name included in the honoured support group annnounced at the launch of the crowdfunding. We expect such a support group to help give a boost to the momentum of the crowdfunding at its early stage.

?Remark: We refrain from offering the shares with voting right at the crowdfunding because we wish to be on a safer side with respect to the possibility of criminals and adversaries having undue influences with voting rights in this start-up with a small number of common shares.

Impact of Business with Japanese Army

Mnemonic Identity Solutions Limited, UK, (MIS/UK), itself has no sales as yet, but Mmnemonic Security, Inc. Japan,(MS/JP), from which MIS/UK acquired all the intellectual properties for all over the world (except Japan). has a record of some US$1 million sales.

Out of it US$40,000 is the sales to Japanese Army made since 2013. The software is used to authenticate communications soldiers in the field who handle the excrypted data exchange on each hardened PC mounted on a communications vehicle.

The licenses started with some 40 + something in 2013 and increased more than 10-fold over the last 10 years. It is still expanding with fresh orders flowing in. We are told that the same software is expected to be in use for at least 10 more years.

Since the lince is are offered to each PC on a vehicle, the total number of registered communications soldiers is now probably a few thousands or more.

While the impact on MS/JP' finance was not significant, the impact on our long-term business strategy is proving to be really huge.

Long-term Growth of Corporate Value

However mathematically strong, the security that cryptography provides is not above the identity security of the people who hold a decryption key, while our identity solution would not exist without reliable cryptography.?Solid cryptography, whether conventional or post-quantum, depends on and contributes to solid identity assurance. And, solid identity assurance depends on and contributes to solid cryptography, conventional or post-quantum.

That we are selected by Quantum Resistant Cryptography (QRC), supplier of the most advanced quantum resistant cryptography, as their partner in view of the most reliable identity security technology (*2), might possibly be viewed as another good omen that our corporate value could shoot up in due course of time. Multiple projects for the best synergy effects are already going on.
