Strengthening Team Bonds and Elevating Project Deliveries

During the first week of October, the Delivery team had the honor of hosting our esteemed Delivery Group VP, John Condi, in the Porto Alegre office. The purpose of this visit was to strengthen our team's bond and improve collaboration within our team across the globe. Throughout the entire week, we were engaged in intensive delivery & product leadership onboarding training sessions. Facilitated by experts in their respective areas, these sessions provided us with valuable skills, best practices, and insightful perspectives.

Having the Group VP present during these sessions reaffirmed the dedication to our professional growth. The experience was not only motivating but also energizing, leaving us inspired to implement our newly acquired knowledge and elevate the quality of our project deliveries.

DevContainers: what, how and why?
