Good UX makes people happy and makes them want to continue using a product, just like a great restaurant experience makes customers want to return! The UX of a product is outstanding when it is intuitive, delightful, and solves a problem for the user. Some of the elements that make a UX remarkable include usability, visual design, accessibility, personalization, and emotional appeal.

Product managers have a duty to ensure that a product satisfies the demands of its intended users and achieves the business objectives of the organization. Since the user experience (UX) significantly impacts how users engage with a product and perceive its value, it is essential for product managers to participate in the UX design process to ensure a favorable user experience that satisfies user needs. There are several reasons why product managers need to be involved in the UX of a product.

User Needs: Product managers are responsible for understanding the needs and preferences of their target users. By being involved in the UX design process, they can ensure that the design decisions are informed by user research and insights. This helps to create a product that meets the needs of its users and delivers a positive user experience.

The product manager's influence on the UX of a product must not be underestimated because they play a critical role in understanding user needs, balancing user needs and business goals, collaborating with designers, and prioritizing features based on user needs and business goals. The result is a product that delivers a positive user experience that meets the needs of its users and achieves the organization's objectives.
