When you decide to conduct a self assessment, it is important to give yourself an honest assessment of the pluses and minuses you bring to your current job, to the career you are striving towards and to your life in general. We all have pluses and minuses, so when you start to recognize them, it is important to embrace them, build upon them and turn the minuses into pluses.
If you are scheduled for an interview this coming week or month, you will probably be asked about your strengths (pluses) and weaknesses (minuses). When you have a clear understanding of your pluses and minuses and can communication them in a concise and positive way, your chances of having a successful interview will drastically increase.
