During this week’s roundtable, we had five entrepreneurs spanning Israel, Italy and India.
Bontact
First up, Baruch Kogan from Bnei Brak, Israel, pitched Bontact, a live customer support wizard that is designed to power SMB web sites with live chat, WhatsApp, and other messaging app based instant support. My read: SMB owners and CEOs need to make decisions on their operational ability to provide this level of support. It is not an ‘insert a piece of technology’ decision. Good news, the company has a few hundred paying customers, mainly Wix users. Much to learn from them. The customer acquisition strategy needs work, especially to get in front of the economic decision makers.
Medical Tourism
Next, Shreyas Khamkar from Mumbai, India, pitched a Medical Tourism concept. It’s a 30,000 feet level concept, and needs fleshing out at many levels: Positioning, Validation, Customer Acquisition, Market Sizing.
LiveHea Healthcare
Then, Peeyush Anand from Gurgaon, India, pitched LiveHea Healthcare, a preventative service for managing specific health conditions. The company has about 500 paying customers and $75,000 in revenue. Good start, now the service needs to be positioned, and a corresponding customer acquisition strategy chalked out.
Holimobi
John Jim from Bangalore, India, pitched Holimobi, a proposed India-facing competitor to AirBnB. Tall order. Needs differentiation. Needs a crisp, winning positioning, otherwise, the business won’t scale. On the positive side, the company is already generating some revenue, so can be viable on a smallish scale, at least for a while, until AirBnB blankets the market, which they will.
E-NEET
Last up, Giovanni Galluccio from Trento, Italy pitched E-NEET, an employment generating solution for Italian youth without jobs and not in school or other types of training. The presentation needs a lot of work. The strategy needs a lot of work. Giovanni has some serious methodology learning to catch up on.

8 年I keep seeing 1Mby1M.com mentioned in several business related sources. It is possible, the world of business does this naturally if allowed. I'm not sure if a concerted effort will achieve it, but it definitely can't hurt.
