Plett Homestay is situated in a quiet safe area in Plettenberg Bay,Garden Route, South Africa.
We have been working with volunteers for the last 10 years and hosting volunteers in our home for over eight years. Our direct involvement in the tourism sector, as a Destination Marketing Organisation as well as Tourism consultants and Tour Operator mainly focusing on :
The Garden Route| Klein Karoo |Eastern Cape | North West | KwaZulu Natal and Kruger Lowveld (Mpumalanga), stretches back thirty years. No other business along the Garden Route is better qualified to arrange and manage your volunteering experience in the Western Cape.
Over the years we have also developed relationships with other projects outside of our area and these can be found under the listings for other regions of South Africa. We are based in Plettenberg Bay, an area of outstanding natural beauty; miles of open unspoilt beaches, more wildlife than you can shake a stick at, and for the adrenalin junkies, the world's highest commercial bungy bridge, skydiving and zip lining, amongst many other activities.
We interact on a daily basis with all our local projects and personally drop off and collect our volunteers at their assigned projects. Our volunteers return to us for second, third and even fourth visits and keep in touch with us from all over the world.
