Fraud is everywhere, Acute identification ability is needed.

Please "take care of" such Email Fraud:

Today, I don't want to talk with you about our PCB fab business, I really would like to share a case of an Email Fraud that I met recently which almost cheated 15000USD on order payment from my customer.

The fraudster faked both of the email addresses of our customer and me, contacted us separately to get relevant payment information for his lies, told one of our customers' financial staff that our bank account has changed due to some issue and asked them to transfer the order payment to a new account he attached.

As we have been working with this customer for a long time and have a good relationship,the customer's financial staff trusted the fraudster and was almost going to made payment to the new account...

Fortunately, that payment operation failed finally...And the customer double check with me to find out this Email Fraud and lies..

To recognize such Fraud and avoid unnecessary loss, here is our sincere suggestions.

1. Please identify the correct email address of me  "[email protected]" also others from our team.

2. You can also name my email address or other main contacts of our team in your email box, e.g. name "[email protected]" as "Nicole-Fastturn" or "NicoleFastturnpcbs" or what you prefer :-)

3. Regarding the relevant payment issue, please cautiously double-check with me by a call or email when any email tells you that our bank account has changed.

We never change our bank account easily. If we indeed have to change our bank account, we will publish a formal notice document with our official seal to our customer,then also will make a telephony call for double confirmation. Therefore, please don't trust anyone who tells you "the change" only by email.
