I'm doing a good bit of executive coaching right now and I'm noticing a trend that several of the people I'm working with and the folks in their organizations are feeling a high level of stress, frustration, fear, and anxiety which is leading to depression. These are all normal emotions for a situation like the one we are in, I am feeling them all too and have been looking for tools to help me and the people I'm working with cope with the emotional challenges we're all feeling. I have attached two articles which I hope you find useful and help you understand that you are not alone. One final and extremely important point, if you or anyone you know is deeply struggling please, please ask for help, that is not a sign of weakness it is a sign of courage, we all need help right now.
Please let me know if there is any way that I can help you, I am here as a resource if you need me.
Stay safe and be strong - John

4 年I believe we are all there at one level. It affects us all in different ways. For many, it's the uncertainty. For others, it's the day to day changes in our lives we struggle to accept. My wife works at a nursing home and the stress level is beyond high, add that to my unemployment now for several months and you have a recipe for this very trend. It's not easy, but you have to do it one day at a time.
