Please know this!!!

“Please know this”, these are words I imagine are rarely uttered. They are the sought of words offered in most cases as a plea for more understanding and most probably uttered as the last resort of a weary soul

It might be that you are about to be dumped by that creature you adore so much, and you want them to know your whole truth about your deep love for them. Granted some dimwit or smart witted being depending on the proclivities of the observer might utter, “ Please know this, I never really loved you..” or those sad words “ Please know this, no one will love you like I do.” From experience those words seem not to have any effect on the dumper.

Or these words might be uttered, right at that moment when your boss is about to send you packing. It might be that the marching orders you are about to receive were a result of a misunderstanding so you plead for them to come to some knowledge which might save your skin. Or worse still your marching orders are due to you being politically dribbled by your rivals in company...as you utter those words you are about to spill the beans.

The words might be uttered in the case where they was a misunderstanding with a friend , a loved one or even a stranger. It is a plea for someone to come to some form of knowledge.

Before I go further, please know this , I do not have an end goal for this article, it is not written to provide some kind of deep wisdom nor was it written as a result of some epiphany. It is just like a lovely dance, a result of the music in the hearer. This are just thoughts which occurred to me.

Now a question for you to ponder in your own cranium provided it contains some brain matter… when have you ever used these words and did they achieve their intended goal?

Oh and what piece of knowledge would you want to share with the rest of the world after uttering those words?
