Please Help Us Raise Money for the NHS and All Its Wonderful Staff

To my wonderful LinkedIn family in the UK and all around the world,

My friend and business partner Tim Brown and I want to do something - anything - we can to help support the wonderful NHS during the current COVID-19 epidemic.

We decided the quickest thing by far we can do to try and raise some money for them is to create a new T-Shirt to sell via our Renewabilitee store.

We have come up with the following three designs (scroll to the bottom of this post) for the slogan: "Stronger Together MMXX". (MMXX is 2020 in Roman numerals - we wanted to signify the year this is all happening, but without doing something tacky like adding #coronavirus or #COVID19 at the bottom or something.)

We are going to donate 100% of the profits of all sales of this new tee design to NHS Charities Together, which is just about to launch the National NHS Charities Appeal to support the wellbeing of NHS staff and volunteers caring for COVID-19 patients. 

We have been in touch with them and their new appeal launches on Virgin Money Giving on Monday 23rd March. Perfect timing!

WE NEED YOUR HELP!

We have decided that it would be really cool to crowdsource the winning design by letting you all vote for your favourite. We will only produce ONE design, because we just want to get it online ASAP next week and hopefully start selling a few so we can donate whatever we can. Time is of the essence here.

So we thought not only would it be cool to let YOU choose your favourite design, but hopefully it means that using the most popular design might also result in more sales and therefore more donations to the NHS.

We want to move really quickly on this, so we are going to choose the design which has the most votes by approx. midday on Monday 23rd March. (FYI we are also running this voting campaign on Facebook, so we will tally up the totals from both channels.)

We really hope we can sell a few tees and raise some money for THE WONDERFUL NHS!

Oh - a few last things - the winning design will be a simple white tee as per the pictures, and will be available in men's, women's, and kids' sizes / cuts, and, as with all Renewabilitee garments, all the tees will be made from 100% certified organic cotton from an amazing sustainable and ethical supply chain. We will donate 100% of all profits from sales at the end of each month and we will publicly share how much that figure is each month so that everyone can see.
