Please don't overlook Linkedin, here's why!
Hi all! Thanks for checking out my article, I believe it's been over 4 years since publishing my last one on here so appreciate the follow and read, well lets get to it.
I see many business leaders, decision makers, executives, sales people etc not making full use of the opportunities they are offered on Linkedin and here's why it's a shame: 1. With 310+ million active users Linkedin is in the top 10 of social media platforms 2. Linkedin has nearly 800 million users 3. The number of live-streams on the platform has increased by over 89% since March 2020 4. Over one billion interactions happen on LinkedIn pages every month.
Shortly put; there's a lot of action and interaction on the platform and obviously most of it by far is in a business context. Besides the possibilities on the platform that we all know and are used to I'd like to skim through newer features Linkedin is rolling out as the company is and has been growing quickly lately.
New features: 1. Launch of Linkedin Marketing Labs for ads and education on ads and ads efforts 2. Post individual sharing options 3. Cover Story 30 second introductional video 4. Creator Mode for content creators 5. Linkedin Services Page 6. Open to work / Hiring statuses 7. Video meeting / group chat options

All of the above are some very interesting new features that are worthwhile studying and updating. Before I go deeper into any of these I would love to hear what you see as challenging and what you would love to get some tips and tricks on, and delve deeper in.
I purposefully chose to keep this article brief, easily digestible and not obnoxiously long. Please contact me with your questions and let me know what you struggle with on Linkedin and I''l give you my advice and help to make sure you achieve your business goals easier with the tools available. I'm thinking of doing a Linkedin (basics) group Mastermind, let me know if you are / would be interested!
All the best, Matias Araujo
