Please donate today to find a cure for MS

When I learned that my daughter (at right, above) had multiple sclerosis, I shared her fear that life as she knew it was over. But seven years later, she is living proof that a multiple sclerosis diagnosis can be manageable with the right tools.

Angie Rose’s success so far is due to a heavy-duty immunosuppressant medication that’s infused into her bloodstream every month. When she was off this medication both before and during pregnancy, she had three relapses resulting in vision, cognitive, and speech problems. This further emphasize how critical an effective medication is to long-term success with MS.

I am asking for your help to continue developing medications to stop the progression of MS by contributing to Walk MS, a fundraiser in support of the National MS Society. We need better, more effective medications with fewer side effects and risks. We need a cure for future generations.

I know there are a lot of worthy organizations out there, but if you’re able, I ask you to consider making even a small donation that will help those like Angie Rose who live with MS. You can do so here.

Thank you.
