Here is the Taxpayers DEFENSE for those For-profit Universities that were Fraudulent for Decades with Students Lives & OUR Fed. Student Aid Funds!

We let fraud in American Education exist with Taxpayers money for decades--It got worse with 35 For Profit Universities from 2003-2015 effecting more than 100,000+ Students. Those Education Companies called" Universities" fraudulently took that Taxpayers Federal Student Aid FSA funds because so many of our Regulating Agencies (- with positions that we pay regular salaries for) for Student Protection--none--that is right NONE were doing their jobs. That " pain lives on forever not in the hearts of men"...............but with the failed health and lost souls" of these many past Students who attended these For profit Universities. YES, they try to live with their huge debts---but most are still without their degrees and hopeless to pay these extreme debts back to restore their own honor.

It is NOT THEIR FAULT--it is all of ours---for allowing this to happen for decades of fraud in American Education. For looking the other way--when it did not affect us---IT DID AFFECT US ALL OF US WHO HONESTLY PAY TAXES--a dying breed! At only one of these 30 Universities-- the example--- of the debts that those PhD Students own, grow still (from the $200,000-335,000 + range ) with FSA debt interest they have grown exponentially larger still. To repay this is more than a mortgage with its 6.5% interest --about $2200-3500- a month. Remember-- this is Taxpayers money with interest and it has to be repaid.

Forgiving the Universities is not an option--- Those 35 are the reason for this heavy blow to Higher Education. The evidence is available --with the Student Complaints--look at the TIMELINE & GET CONSESUS on those and hold (1) University accountable to that. Two or three more and those Universities will fall like DOMINOES. By ignoring their Corporate fraud- for this gross # of those ( now indentured) Students is too heartless. In this one case I refer to here many if not most of these are "A" Students" & are now chronically ill and financially destroyed for life from that Educational Injustice. The answer is not about Student Borrower's Defense ---at most of these 30+ Universities ---those students did nothing to DEFEND but to expect an Education they were willing (at first) to pay for. NOW we need to DEFEND HONEST TAXPAYER because it is they.....who inevitably will have this loss.

Believe me.....The Students "never knew what hit them". Hindsight suggests "Hotel California" really exists!--Caught in that Cyclone students could not get out-(In our case of -still- 53 former PhD Students --representing the 8-10,000 original victims-- NO one was regulating that University. With a simple fix-- Software---that University that never had their wholly On-line PhD degree program in place--THEN actualized INSTEAD their Business Office - around 2008 and using that new Software--so to get more FSA and more Students admitted. (And this for years, before addressing the chronic & gross PhD Students' needs). When in 2005 it was notable they were out of control with first PhD Faculty & their On-line trainings; this Univ. continued to take more-- ALL the Federal Student Aid FSA of those 5-now 10% of their Students--those first 5 years-- that was about 500-5000 PhD Students; later & over next 7 years+ there were 10,000+. ( All of that fraud happens behind the scenes in the Adminstration & Corporate offices-- in our case the damage "to Student souls and body were hidden by Software Changes while Courseroom #2 went to Courseroom #3). BEWARE of--On-line Universities---ALL of Them--so these victimized Students never fall prey again & HONEST TAXPAYERS ARE PROTECTED.

WHILE STUDENT PROTECTION AGENCIES BECAME LETHARGIC on University Programs Evaluations--OVERSIGHT STARTED AND STOPPED EACH 4 YEARS & TAXPAYERS CONTINUE TO PAY TODAY!

NEXT STEPS --PRIOR TO AND AFTER 5/2018--We sent BOXES of Physical Evidence to multiple Regulating Agencies FOR over close to 9.8 years now--- THOSE PAGES-- proved those injustices FOR OUR TAXPAYERS DEFENSE--THOSE LAST 5 BOXES sit there still with the Minn. OHE & AG office ---what is wrong with that picture? These Colleges have great legal team(s),( in the plural). I'll tell you, we are making these students Victims again & again, and they can not live through it forever. These 30- 40 year old "A" students get very sick when they fail; --even when it was not them who failed-- they think that they did! They bring it into themselves and overtime self- destruct.

These Universities lacked Accountability then, and; UNTIL they are identified as "CRIMINAL!" They are becoming smarter & gaining in Accountability now and EVERYONE is applauding. We have lost our senses. A few of the Agencies contacted again and again were -the NCA/HLC; CFPB; US DOE; US DOE OIG; a (very smart) Lawyer for 2 years; the MINN. OHE; MINN. AG; STUDENT PROTECTION GROUPS; ACLU-- to name only a few of those contacted several times over this last near decade.

These Universities and Colleges actually have recovered by now to look great-- now 8/28/21. The response now should be for these PhD Students 8-10,000 at that one school first--- that University should pay back with flesh for flesh, their's in 10 fold lbs--- for their lack of respect for those hard working Students, or I suggest, we close them down! Why are they still taking Admissions? I know that answer. And...so do you!

Who is looking the other way now!...Lets see more recently, 8 years ago--much our Documentation -was sent to the black hole of the FTA by multiple agencies. I have those CASE # the documents are missing. But for them, even still it does not solve the problems they still exist. What is tragic is.....All of these Student's PhD Research work- that was and is --incredibly beneficial to our failing Society...is still unrecovered! Those are the FOUNDATIONS of all that is good! THESE PhD Research Studies are soon to be lost--the harm from that alone exceeds description---

For all the American taxpayer --who knows nothing about it. The harm is done to YOU forever as well...if this here and now is a prime example for what happened with the most respected degree in All of Education the PhD---& it has been compromised. What hope remains!

PhD Degree

This PhD Doctorate degree is vastly under recognized for its greatness. This work that goes into presenting "New Research" to Education and/or for the other Professional fields is truly arduous and challenging but results in many benefits for all professional fields and advancements in the Educational field as a whole. My Research lost is "the Solution to Illiteracy for our Nations Public Schools." This work alone would improve Education today exponentially in 4 months. Truly! ...it would dramatically cut Education budgets while bringing Equality into our classrooms. Can we afford to lose this now?

FRAUD lives on....to our demise

At one of these 30+ Universities---a wholly On-line school in Minnesota--this school had offered a PhD in 1998 as a new school, then by 2002 the admitted Students reached the PhD Dissertation part of that degree. This Diss. part of the PhD due process degree did not exist with trained qualified faculty or any Mentors or advancing Curriculum--Never heard about it did you! The University (and its 5 University schools) did so well for its stockholders because in 2008-2010 instead of stopping to fix the Student CHAOS -- that University hired 327 Recruiters to steal more-- TAYPAYERS' STUDENT LOAN FUNDS MADE AVAILABLE TO THEM by the US DOE i.e, federal government .

So then after 2008, 1000's more of these PhD students were brought into "this mess" called a PhD due process degree. The rest of the story does not get any better and the fraud continues for all 8-10,000 PhD students. Their University Administration for-profit motivation was to please their Stockholders while from 2002-2015- they destroyed these A & B (already Master's degreed) Students who were in this "Hotel California" situation for this PhD--- until all of their Federal Student Aid funds were exhausted. Few graduated. They can not recover!

TODAY 2021---That University now & still is receiving accolades in Business awards. While their past fraud continues to harm all those 8-10,000 PhD Students and this is America. Those former Students many of whom are very sick & who do not have any PhD degrees are without that Doctoral career--again most did not PhD graduate. ****Many were given a 2nd Masters instead --called "Graduate Degrees"---so as not to affect the Universities Graduation Rate to get more Federal Student Aid FSA---see there are many ways to dupe the Taxpayers funds-- especially when you're savy on fraudulent practices. This Taxpayer & Student fraud is not unique at this (1) for-profit school---there were 30+ others in the For Profit University fraud group in America.

HONEST TAXPAYER PROTECTIONS ARE NOW CALLED TO ACTION

Do not let this be accepted----it will be too late to discuss this when the Taxes are increased over the next decade for all of us--- To cover now these Student Defaults on these FSA debt. Do not be focused on these Students ever who just wanted to learn & got stuck in it and could not get out.....ever. Remember that---it is not about the Students--they were doing what they were there for---only to learn. Who is going to pay this bill now!
