Please DO NOT apply for internships

I'm at my wit's end with these internship applicants. ??

Swear, I don't get it thoda sa bhi! People are lining up for internships like it's the next big thing fr. But when you dig deeper, it's a whole different story. I ask them to share their profiles, and once the team gives a green signal, we set up an interview. And that's when the fun begins, or should I say, ends? ??

I mean, seriously? You can't articulate why you want an internship?

It's like they've walked into the wrong room. And the research part?

Forget about it. Kuch bol hi nhi paate, it's total silence. Why even apply if you don't know anything about the company? Is it just for the fancy certificate to plaster on your resume? Or to inflate that LinkedIn profile?

It doesn't stop there. Once they miraculously land the job, they disappear faster than anything. Messages? What messages? Tasks? Oh no, they've got other "important" things to do. I swear, some days I feel like I'm running a daycare, not a company. ??♀?

And then there's this whole other level of deception. People claim to be experts, spouting off industry jargon like they invented it. But give them a real-world problem, and poof! They vanish into thin air. It's like their knowledge is a carefully constructed facade. No wonder people trust Google and AI more than their brains these days. ??
