Please Allow Me To Tell You About National Hire A Veteran Day

Did you know July 29th is National Lasagna Day? And that the next day, July 30th, is National Cheesecake Day? An online search shows every day on the calendar has some silly or fun celebration, which is great for kids and radio disk jockeys needing to fill air time. But in all seriousness, how many of you know that?July 25th is National Hire a Veteran Day? Did you know it? I didn’t, but I decided to do my part to help spread the word. Marine Corps veteran Dan Caporale founded Hire Our Heroes and founded National Hire a Veteran Day. He wanted the day to serve as a call to action to hire more veterans.?

Every day hundreds of military personnel leave the service and seek civilian employment. Please give them your time and consideration. They have a great deal to offer.
