Back in the southern sector for the second time this year to re-establish links with the #HSESSHub and some of our #scismember company folks. Thanks to Lexi Brackpool at the #HSESSHub and Janet Ogilvie at #ode for taking care of my logistics.
Ive been doing my Safety Leadership talk for some years now, in many different countries, and to many different business sectors.?
As I go about introducing my talk I always explain that “as long as it causes at least one member of the audience to question how they "play their part” I will continue to view these talks as worthwhile.
The feedback from these last two days has been immensely reassuring.?So much so that I decided to include an extract received from one of the attendees.?I have anonymized this extremely personal response which has reinforced my motivation to keep sharing.
