I received an email over the weekend for some new Nike running shoes - Vaporfly 3.

I clicked the link which took me to all the colorways of how you can purchase this innovative design - and grabbed 2 - the white with gray accents and the black with white accents.

If you have been paying attention to some recent posts I have done and posted as Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts (and cross posted to LinkedIn) - you may have noticed a series of quick Adobe Firefly integrations where I use a simplified vector as a Structure Reference - and have Firefly produce some pretty compelling images (quickly and easily).

Seeing the Nike shoes this morning - got me thinking...

I decided to use the description for the shoes from the Nike website, to create the prompt.

One of the images from the rendered results, was what I used as my Style Reference.

Using the black Nike as my Structure Reference - and the same prompt used to generate the orange / grey shoe (for my Style Reference), I created these.

Notice that the core shape is intact. The Nike swoosh gets a bit lost in translation. The sole varies - as does the eyelet positioning, the laces, the flyknit material... but all of this can be solved by creating a solid vector reference where each component is a different color and cleanly separate from the other items.

Working in the same manner as above, I explored a different colorway. Where the first was the Titans gray and orange, these you might call the Hi-Lighters!
