Minor time is definitely pulling the sheets off the guest bed, but in the olden days you didn't clean and DISINFECT after visitors left. Major time today will be training with staff on the tasks we'll do to achieve our goals.
I just laughed at the TV show last night that wasn't funny. A major city is down for 62 minutes from a cyberattack and avoids paying a $10M ransom. The leadership was upset because it took too long according to ridicule from the press and 7 people died not being able to reach 911. Then a trusted friend shows up that works for the "best" cybersecurity firm in the world.
The friend was wrongly accused of causing the problem, so he offered to investigate their weaknesses for free. A lot of problems were discovered so the mayor offered his old friend a press release about their new partnership for the next day, but at 30% of the quoted price for the promise of referrals that will never happen.
On TV, everything ended happily ever after. In real life and Hollywood, no one gets arrested for cybercrime because the government is unable to help. It's 1833 again and people want to move toward opportunity in business, but are unprepared for the elements and bandits in cyberspace - or worse arrogantly ignore what is happening and doing nothing thinking they're "fine".
