Play-Ins Day 1: MMM v UoL

In what was the first normal game of League of Legends this tournament we could only describe the tempo as ferocious! MAMMOTH came into the game looking for blood and having learned from watching the CGvUoL game from earlier in the day they were prepared for the 'off the wall' style that the Unicorns are famous for bringing. The teams clashed over and over across the entire rift refusing to give up a single objective without at least a few healthbars being chunked down.

Generally when I observe teams that I know little about I follow the actions of their mid laners and junglers, this game was no exception. You can learn a lot about a team by watching those two roles and in the case of MMM their Mid laner Stephen "Triple" Li the game was aggressive and unrelenting! While you could tell UoL was beginning to turn it on in the final moments MMM was too far ahead and too dialed in on ending the game.
