Teaching as a profession is not treated on par with the other professions the world over. Even though all professisons be it medical, engineering, pure sciences or humanities need teachers.
Teachers do not have the same respect that they enjoyed in the past. The draw of a noble profession has changed. They are not even paid well. What is it that holds the teacher back? A few suggestions that can be worked out.
