We're excited to announce the release of Platforce 4.5 for CLM and 4.11 for CRM, bringing significant enhancements to streamline operations and enhance user experience.


??Highlights of CRM 4.11:

  • Added Thai language support, enhancing accessibility for our Thai-speaking users.
  • New history and tracking features allow for a comprehensive overview of all modifications in contact and organization profiles, ensuring transparency and simplifying the approval processes.
  • New request types for editing or creating contact and organization profiles, coupled with summaries that help Field Reps quickly understand changes.
  • Flexible control of fields for all call types (call result, cancel button, signature), providing customization to suit diverse business needs.
  • Renamed POSM to Sample on all pages, standardizing terminology across the platform.


??New in CLM 4.5:

  • Target Frequency (TF) functionality added, facilitating effective analysis of contact interactions and compliance with target frequency plans. This is visible on the Contacts form, enabling fast access to information about visits, which empowers Field Reps to make informed decisions and maintain optimal contact frequencies.
  • Updated contact list screens with TF function, enhancing usability and efficiency in managing contact interactions.
  • Removed signatures for all remote calls and updated the design for signatures pop-up, streamlining remote communication and documentation processes.

These updates aim to enhance the effectiveness of our platforms, ensuring that our users can achieve greater efficiency and productivity in their operations.?
