Plastic injection molds is important
The injection molding mold has the following characteristics:
1. It is difficult to manufacture. The shapes, sizes and precisions of injection-molded products are extremely diverse, and most of them are three-dimensional components. This brings great difficulty to the design and manufacture of injection molds. It can be said that plastic molds, especially injection molds, are the most difficult type of molds to manufacture.
2. The design is difficult. The working object of the injection mold is the plastic melt, which is partially compressed after filling the mold cavity. During the cooling and solidification process, the shrinkage of the plastic is very complicated. This special property of plastics brings great difficulty to the design of injection molds, and should be fully paid attention to when designing injection molds.
3. The manufacturing cost is high. Due to the different shapes and sizes of plastic products, the gap is large, and the mold structures are quite different, so it is impossible to mass-produce injection molds. Generally, it is produced in a single piece. Due to the difficulty of design and manufacture, and the production of a single piece, the cost is bound to be high.
4. The manufacturing cycle is short. In the current extremely competitive market, whoever can put the product on the market first will be able to seize the opportunity. Once the product is designed, it should enter the market as a product in the shortest possible time. The mold is produced at a fast speed.
