Planting time, harvesting time
Studio DMLA Digital Marketing Inc.
Studio DMLA partners with the best in each field to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions to your organization.
On November 4th, Studio DMLA celebrated three years of activities. This milestone results from our determination, resilience, and passion for what we do. Throughout this journey, we have experienced successes and challenges, learned valuable lessons, and, most importantly, built strong relationships with our associates and clients.
When we start a new business, we think about the flexibility we can have in managing time, and the freedom to express ideas and put them into practice, as if they were pieces coming together to shape our dreams. This includes my work, my family, our friends, associates, and clients.
Focusing efforts on what we do best, in this case, project management of digital marketing implementations, was undoubtedly a wise choice. But at the same time, we have learned so much about other areas such as Operations, Sales, Accounting, and, especially, the human aspect—the "department" where everyone is welcome and plays an essential role in building consistent and lasting relationships.
So today, I dedicate this space to gratitude. I want to thank all our associates, whose commitment and dedication have been the driving force behind our success. Each of you plays a vital role in building Studio DMLA, and I feel proud and energized to interact with such talented and dedicated professionals every day.

To our clients, thanks to your trust, we have come this far, celebrating another anniversary. Thank you for believing in our work and walking alongside us.
There's a quote from the series "Working Moms" that stuck with me. Kate Foster, the Public Relations entrepreneur, faces a problem, and her husband says to her: "No one is coming." He means it in an empowering way, that the business is hers and, therefore, she needs to resolve it. This has become my mantra: "No one is coming." Unlike the series, I don't use this expression in the face of a problem or unexpected situation, but every day, in the certainty that I must give my best to the Studio, to my associates, and to the people who trust in our work.
The planting time remains... and so does the harvesting time. I am confident that, next year, I will celebrate this date with the same enthusiasm, expectation, and happiness as today.
