On Monday, we celebrated Earth Day. But for Agilico, it's not just about marking the occasion with a single act of environmental kindness. Every day is a day we must dedicate to supporting environmental conservation, and our commitment to sustainability extends far beyond a once-a-year celebration. Agilico's Earth Day Initiative

To mark this year’s Earth Day, we've added another 1,000 trees to our global reforestation efforts through our partnership with Ecologi. This brings our total to over 3,500 trees planted across the globe, contributing to the restoration of vital ecosystems. Our UK trees have been planted as part of a reforesting project in Dumyat, Scotland. But planting trees is just one part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability.

Towards Net Zero

At Agilico, we're on a mission to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2030. What does net zero mean? It means that the amount of greenhouse gases we emit into the atmosphere is balanced by the amount we remove. It's a bold goal, but one that's essential for the health of our planet and future generations. To reach net zero, we're implementing a range of initiatives aimed at reducing our carbon footprint.

We’ve also installed EV charging points at our sites across the country, and solar panels at several of our premises, including our HQ to further reduce our carbon footprint. We're leading the way towards a more sustainable future. We believe that by taking proactive measures, we can inspire others to follow suit and prioritise environmental responsibility.
