Client Description:

Our client is a well-established US manufacturing company based in Mexico, known for its commitment to quality and innovation.

Following the departure of the General Manager, we are looking to onboard a highly skilled Plant Manager to lead their team and manage operations effectively.

This role is available as either an interim position for an initial period of 3-6 months with the possibility of converting to a permanent role after the first 3 months or as a permanent position for a candidate who can start within a short timeframe.

Job Challenge:

• ? Oversee all plant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards
• ? Implement and manage production schedules to meet company goals
• ? Lead and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• ? Manage and optimize supply chain and inventory processes
• ? Ensure compliance with all local and international regulatory requirements
• ? Drive initiatives for cost reduction and operational efficiency
• ? Report directly to senior management, providing updates on plant performance and strategic initiatives

Manager Skills:

• ? Proven experience as a Plant Manager in a manufacturing environment
• ? Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• ? Excellent understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain management
• ? Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset
• ? Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred
• ? Ability to start within a short time
• ? Familiarity with local and international regulatory requirements in the manufacturing sector
