Plant-Based Diet- a lifestyle choice
March is National Nutrition Month, which makes this a good time to rediscover the benefits of a plant-based diet.
The relationship between plant-based food intake and various ailments continues an ongoing learning in many studies.
Living foods are foods that comes straight from nature, without cooking or processing. They are wholesome and water-rich as well . Eating living foods means eating foods in their pristine, raw state. Fruits, vegetables, sprouts, coconut, grains, nuts & seeds (living) are all living things. When these living foods enter our body, they transfer their life energy inside us, flush out the toxins sitting inside and cure disease.
There are many reasons for following a plant-based diet, but perhaps the most common is health benefits. A plant-based diet can reduce your risk of heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, and certain types of cancer. A plant-based diet focuses on getting healthy nutrients to maintain a peak physical and mental health level.
Hence, let’s eat things in nature, the way you find them in nature. Man thinks he is better than nature and that he can improve upon nature. But nature has already perfected it. Anything that we do is only going to lessen the perfection that its already got.
In conclusion, adopting a plant-based diet now makes all the difference in the world. Plant-based diets ensure a better environment now and, in the future, better health for the person who practices the diet, and a better allocation of important resources that allow for a more productive society which has a higher quality of life.
Let’s take baby steps. Let’s take one day at a time and try to live a disease-free life by all means possible.?
