Planning Your Thoughts
Those negative feelings are never gonna go away. Face it.
The only thing you can do now is deal with them.
Putting the what-if, what’s gonna happen, who’s gonna do this thoughts aside is not going to help you be sane in your own mind. But they don’t need solving all the time.
You need to actively do something in your life to stop feeling this way.
Sure, you’re not going to be able to do anything about these current thoughts now.
But the more you just focus on what you can do in the moment, the more you occupy yourself with what’s important presently, the better of you’ll be.
There’s absolutely no other way. Sure, go cry alone over your thoughts, how you’ll never get what you want. Or do this: go out and get the necessary things done- work, health, family, friends, be present in life. There are always things to be done.
Thoughts are not always meant to be ‘fixed.’ They must be dealt with. But thoughts can be reckoned with by taking action with what you can control now, not by thinking of what can be.
Do this for me: don’t push your thoughts aside, but do everything in your power to make whatever negative thoughts you have in the back of your head be a fantasy. There should be no excuse for you to wake up every day and not act. Health, fitness, business. Keep going.
