As we approach the end of 2024, we’re reflecting on another strong year for the Elivia Homes brand in the Southern region. From securing major planning approvals to delivering high-quality homes and expanding the team, 2024 has been a year of progression towards our group goal of delivering 1,000 homes annually.
Delivering on ambition
? Planning approvals secured
Successfully obtaining approvals at flagship sites including Sayers Common, Ashington and Shripney; totalling around 200 units.
? Expanding our talented team
Strengthening our regional team with key senior appointments across Sales & Marketing, Finance, Land, Technical, and Commercial, ensuring we’re well-equipped to sustain and increase our ambitious pipeline. We also celebrated the 25-year work anniversary of our recently promoted Construction Director, Alan Kemp!
? Awards recognition
The Blake’s View development triumphed at the Sussex Heritage Trust Awards by winning the 2024 Large Scale Residential Award, with the site’s design and sustainable impact being highlighted.

Hitting milestones
This year, we’ve achieved significant milestones across our key developments, reflecting both the depth of our offerings and the strength of our brand.
Our flagship site, Netley Grange, celebrated its first completions, showcasing the appeal of its 89 thoughtfully designed homes. The first completions are echoed at Foxhills, our 44-home development, whilst the unveiling of stunning new show homes at both Saint George’s Park and Daffodil Gardens has elevated customer engagement. At Hawkin’s Field, strong buyer interest has left just one of the 14 homes available.
Looking ahead to 2025
2025 promises to be an exciting year with several key site launches in the pipeline. Sayers Common (36 homes) commenced construction and is set to launch sales in Spring/Summer, featuring three ‘First Homes’, Ashington (74 homes) and Shripney (44 homes) are also on track for a Summer & Autumn 2025 launches.
With further sites looming, introducing customer-centric incentives like “Own New Rate Reducer mortgages” has sparked more meaningful conversations with prospective buyers, supporting our customers’ affordability without compromising on quality.
This year’s progress underscores the strength of the Elivia Homes brand and our dedication to crafting high-quality developments. As we move into 2025, we are focussed on delivering exceptional homes whilst strategically pursuing new growth opportunities across the Southern region. ??
