There are several tasks on the plate of anyone moving or simply selling a property in Los Angeles. I will go over some of them that are often overlooked. I won’t be so technical, don’t worry.
It is important to find an agent that is reliable and knows how to work with the clients and does not try to teach them the market. Realtors are a dime a dozen but the right agent will know what questions to ask and then make sure the client is clear on the sale process. The most important reasons for hiring an agent are experienced at selling homes and having a good reference.
There are many steps to selling your home and the process does not involve only putting up the For Sale sign and waiting for a buyer to step up to the plate. Here are some suggestions for you to consider when you want to sell your home and have all of these things taken care of, a realtor ready to help you with all of your transaction needs.
Get busy, declutter, de-personalize, and make the rooms look as large as possible. Clean out closets, drawers, and cabinets. Pack things away for your move because you won't use them and you will want them in storage as soon as possible. Any personal items, such as family photos or trophies should be removed because it may be hard for the buyer to imagine themselves in your home.
Make a plan so that you can envision your new home. Write down all of your reasons for moving and begin to picture your new space. It will help you start fresh in your new home. Think about ways to lessen the clutter. Go through all of your things for a while and get rid of everything that you no longer need or want.
If you have pets, plan to have a neighbor watch them for the day that groups arrive to see your home. Although you can't prevent pets from being a nuisance during a showing, you can make them disappear quickly. If possible, plan for a last-minute showing and put the pets away until the buying party is finished.

Carrying loads- for prefabricated homes, it is more advisable to use harder core materials. Concrete is very heavy and contains a ton of added sand, which will demand more machines to lift and shift your home. Drive up and down dead ends on your way to work and take a look at the homes around you, don't do any damage to the neighbor's yard, you want the buyers driving on all fours for the most amount of time possible.
Be observative when showing your home. If you are not satisfied with the showing time make a note and call to double the time. Normally, a homeowner will allow two hours with a twenty-minute window for the buyer to think about whether or not they want to move forward. Answer the door with a phrase such as, " conditional approval may be granted now” if the buyer would like to extend its time, but it is dependent upon the buyer." If selling is dependent on you, don't fall in love with the home, put the buyer's desires above your own.
