With the New Year comes planning and new resolutions.?From a professional perspective we often use the New Year as a time to make new goals.?However deciding which goals will have the most positive impact for you professionally is not easy. ?

The best goals are achievable, impactful and enduring, however, we are limited by time and our already existing workload.?

However, here are some tips to consider when planning your 2023 professional goal.?

3 - Build a process.?Chaos is created by entropy, a fundamental force of nature driving disorder in the universe.?So to counteract this fundamental force of nature you need to build a process.?This is key since building a process keeps entropy in check and provides a scalable solution.?Scaling is the key to professional growth.?Building scalable solutions allow you to have an oversized impact on your business compared to the effort you put into it.?Again, this is a working smart technique. ?

4 - Own and support your solution. For the rest of the year own that solution so you can build a reputation of providing an enduring solution and lasting impact on the business.?Achieving this kind of impact, on whatever your business needs, is the key to being recognised as change maker and solution provider for your company.?
