Planning Permission Granted for Employment Site in Coalville, Leicestershire

As the Architects' offering to the proposed development, we are delighted to learn today that after nearly 21 months in design development, North West Leicestershire District Council, granted approval at committee last night for the masterplan.

The proposals include a new spine road off Brindley Road at Stephensons Industrial Estate, which will allow the development of approx. 3.3Ha / 8.1Ac of site next to the A511 for employment opportunities, comprising offices, workshops and a vehicle body refurbishment centre.

The site is the gradual expansion of a well respected local business The Fleet Auction Group, which provides stable employment opportunities for the locality, along with setting reputable high standards in the vehicle auctioning industry.
