Planning Permission – Approved
Mattinson Associates have secured another planning permission for a beautiful new-build house in Wroxall!
The project aims to redevelop the potential of the large site by inserting a contemporary two-storey dwelling in direct juxtaposition with a traditional house made from stunning island stone.
The design caters for a modern structure with a very interesting association of materials between natural timber and dark coated timber for the fenestration. Additional materials, such as cream stone paving slabs and dark grey powder coated slim aluminium window and door frames are also part of the palette.
Following a lengthy process of design discussions and arboricultural related topics with the local planning authority, we are delighted to have secured this planning permission.
Once again, Mattinson Associates managed to keep the 100% rate of achieving planning permissions for our projects!
