When planning a meeting, remember to be realistic with your numbers as this can effect the size of the meeting room that would be required. Remember that venues will contract you on minimum numbers! Ensure that you work with your venue and keep them updated with your numbers. If you are struggling with your numbers, contact your venue straight away. They may be able to move you into a smaller room to ensure that your event is able to continue.
