Plan your training this summer

Plan your training this summer

The summer holidays are here and workers across the UK will be clocking off for a week or more. For employers this is a great time to recharge and come back to the office refreshed. When you are back, and before you dive back into the day-to-day operations and stresses, we recommend you put time aside to review your training plan for the rest of the year.

Check the current mandatory requirements and identify gaps in your employee training.

Book up courses that will benefit your employees by boosting their skills and knowledge. Arm them with professional qualifications that will add to your company reputation and their skillset. Look at courses that will help them to develop their career further and meet your business goals for health and safety, diversity and inclusivity, technical skills and more.

Did you know? The benefits of training are wide-reaching

What can training do for your business?

  • Organisations with comprehensive and well-managed training programmes see a significant increase in employee retention. 45% of workers are more likely to stay in their role if they receive training
  • Companies with comprehensive employee training programs have 218% higher income per employee than companies without formalized training
  • When employees receive the training they need (and want), companies are 17% more productive
