Zdeněk ?oustal is a Co-Founding Partner of V-Sharp Venture Studio. He is also co-owner of Plan B Investments. Plan B Investments acquired a portfolio of 70 properties in the Czech Republic and Slovakia for around €250 million from Trei Real Estate. Trei Real Estate sold the assets as part of a move to focus on its core markets of Germany, U.S., and Poland. The portfolio which includes 60 supermarkets and commercial properties in the Czech Republic and 10 retail parks of the Vendo brand in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. TTrei Real Estate is the real estate arm of German retail group Tengelmann Warenhandelsgesellschaft KG (Tengelmann Group). The company develops retail parks in Poland under the Vendo Park brand.
In February 2023, Trei sold its entire Portuguese retail portfolio of 49 properties to LCN Capital Partners for around €150 million as part of its to focus on its core markets.
