Plan 2024...in 2023!

I am so excited that today we are 33 days until Christmas!!! I love this time of year because my kids are out of school and we have more time for family fun and fellowship. This is a wonderful time for gift-giving and teaching my children the value of serving and blessing others. Everything that we give does not have to cost money it can be something as simple as a smile.

During the Global Pandemic a SMILE was my proactive solution to mental wellness. It was based on the 5 pillars that I struggled with during my 13 year journey of depression. A S.M.I.L.E is : sleep, mood, inner voice, laughter and energy. I was deficient in all of these areas and my journey of overcoming depression consisted of me working on myself in all of these areas. Once I worked on me...I was in a place to help others. I began coaching other professionals with my signature coaching program FRESH START.

It was in the one to one coaching that I saw the gaps to self development and self awareness. I realized that we needed more education so that many people can avoid some of the detours in self sabotage and/or limiting beliefs. I began to create platforms to help with self awareness with Facebook lives Jeremiah Knight , interviews, books, masterclasses, clubhouse and my podcast. Let's just say any place that I found someone willing to listen then I was willing to talk.

Today I am now amazed to be a TV Producer with my own channel on the Zondra TV Network! I did not think that I would be an author or media strategist yet it just feels right to be able to share my story to help others avoid my pitfalls.

Looking back, I have so many trials that have shaped me for the life that I am living today. 15 children and 2 of them being my stepchildren. I learned so much about unconditional love and the fact that we don't only love those who are biological family. We truly can love those who don't look like us or talk like us.

Visibility is the key for making an impact in the world. We can not help those we need to if they are not able to find us. Learning how to connect and build meaningful relationships has been the key to my success. Business for me has transformed from transactional to simply a lifestyle of being. Not everyone will resonate with you and to be honest that is ok because we are not meant to serve EVERYONE. In my land of abundance there is lots of serving to do so we all can have the chance to do so.
