PLAINTIFF'S DELAY IN PIP SUIT COSTS IT 11 YEARS WORTH OF INTEREST

In today's Rogak's New York PIP Reporter:

After filing a PIP suit in 2002, plaintiff's attorneys did nothing for 11 years until moving to compel discovery in 2013.  The Appellate Term held that plaintiff "should not be rewarded for its years of inaction by receiving a windfall of interest."
