Alongside our daily work in recruiting the best candidates for our clients, we host a podcast called ‘Placing People First’, celebrating innovations in Life Sciences. At Next Phase we are passionate about promoting the ways in which different companies tackle the ongoing challenges of improving patient care.?

Every month, we feature a prominent industry professional, discussing important issues and learning about their own background. Bearing in mind that our audience includes individuals at every level, from business leaders to university students, people can take different inspiration from hearing about topics such as:
