Placement

There are students who are not aware about what decision they should actually make at the time of last year of their semester when the placement companies are coming their college. The responsible college simply just calls to company and bunch of students get selected.

The college shows in their status that they did this much of placement and then those who are selected in that interview come to know the reality of the ground. They start struggling and change job to job. I insist, we all (students, college, organization) Should do proper research about everything. Then we should make any decision.  

It is based on a post on LinkedIn, one company (the reputation that company has, was not good) is calling generally for campus placement and there- I saw many of the colleges and students are recommending themselves to come their college for the interview (simply without any research). I checked that company that was not much good for a fresher to start the career.
