5 powerful processes are needed to shift attention and the environment to take staff productivity, commitment, and profitability to a new level.?
Slice 1 - Powered up purpose - Each team member clarifies their personal purpose and what work energizes them (profiling is a very effective way to do this but there are many ways to increase self awareness)
Slice 2 - Partner - Understand your team members and where they can contribute the most. Position people around you based on their skills and talents that add to your skills and cover your weaknesses (no pone can do it all) . Value the people around you and deepen the trust and understanding of each person's contribution?
Slice 3 - Problem identification - Once trust and communication is deepened the team can then focus on the problems and blockages in the current system. Usually a facilitator is best to help create the objectivity needed to keep the focus on the facts and to be honest. The focus is on the truth, to improve, and not to blame. Where are the blockages in the current system.
Slice 4 -? Plan - Develop a plan together so you can implement a better system, or parts of it. The wisdom of a team that trusts each other, values each person's contribution and is on the same mission is incredibly powerful? ?

Slice 5 - Produce - Allocate the task, set times for clear deliverables, and execute the plan together.? ?

However, the challenges of doing it on your own are:-? people do not easily grow in self-awareness (they typically need a process to help them); a common language and understanding of self-awareness is needed to build trust and mutual honour; is it is really hard to be objective in your own business; identifying and dealing with critical and sensitive issues is much easier if an external facilitator with no agenda is used??
