9 个月Differently in the business of paying it forward, as I remember when my HR manager took a chance on me. I left a solid role to pursue a 3 month contract job as a HR manager for the experience. They thought I wasn’t qualified and just needed someone to fill the set until they gotten someone they really wanted. Then the final HR manager came and groomed me into the person I am today. I will never forget that as 3 months turned into 7 years and counting. Now ready to break through the traditional glass into a whole new untraditional era of what HR can look like. You have a great setup here. Keep up the great work ??
I have recruited before, but I just recently broke into HR by what your post touched on: perseverance and resilience. Having my SHRM cert certainly helped in this transition as well as expressing my desire to help impact an organization. I also think it will setup a nice career path for me down the line. I will never forget how difficult it was to break into. One day, if I’m in a position of power to help, I will give someone a chance because I will remember I was once that person who needed a shot.
