  1. This was first conveyed to me when I was 15 on the British weightlifting team.
  2. Sat in a room for hours watching the Russians lift world record after World record we were taught how to behave.

I'd love to say it wasn't brainwashing but the reality is it probably was.

But then again social media is brainwashing so let's just move on.

Repetition, frequency, focus and consistency are key. Daily.

If you cannot see it and you don't believe it you can achieve it and it will never happen.

Don't worry.

I was never this imaginative when I started my health journey, I just wanted to get rid of my man boobs, but this stuff works.

Plus if you have man boobs, you'll know they're no fun, so it's worth a punt.
