You may know that I facilitated a coaching-infused conversation around self-awareness and self-assessment at last week’s Ellevate Toronto Community Coffee Connection monthly event…
And we had a great conversation, exchanging our different perspectives on what self-awareness and self-assessment meant to us… but also about how they affect our lives, and how we could more consciously, purposefully, use self-awareness and self-assessment in leading our lives…
Which gave me the idea to write about self-awareness, self-assessment and promotions…

You’ve worked hard, long hours, saying “yes” often…
